Simply fill out the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSeWF-yzQkyUxTv17pX4an_JlxHN8s0hBVPlQpASaStaNbhPkg\/viewform?usp=header\">registration form<\/a>\u00a0with basic information and reading preferences, and we\u2019ll select some items we think you\u2019ll love to check out!<\/p>\n<p>The registration form for May will be available from Monday, May 4th through Saturday, May 9th.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ll contact you when your subscription bag is ready to be picked up. Be sure to bring your library card.<\/p>\n<p>Subscription Bag selections will be checked out to you for two weeks.
