Homebound Eligibility:

In order for a homebound patron to meet the requirements for eligibility, the patron must: Be unable, due to chronic sickness and or disability, to get to the library. Have no other way to receive library services (such as delivery through family members or friends). Be confined to their homes temporarily because of illness, physical or other disability. Live in a nursing home or independent senior living facility and is unable to drive to the library.
