    Test your spelling skills in a fun and friendly team competition. Spellers must register online or at the library. Attendance for audience members is free and open to the public. Our words will come from the world of paleontology and archaeology! Compete in teams of two to four. The team will write the word and show the judge. The team with the most words spelled correctly will win. Spellers must be 18 and up.

    Celebrating 110 Years of Shared Stories Join us as we celebrate 110 Years of Sharing Stories at the library! Festivities begin with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 11:00 AM presented by BARREN INC, followed by cake provided by our Friends of the Library group. Guests can also enjoy crafts, a special library history display, and more as we honor over a century of learning, connection, and community. While you’re here, be sure to sign up for our Summer Reading Program, visit the kid's craft cart, and check out our Sand, Splash, & Scribble area in the courtyard.
