DESCRIPTION:Calling all creative builders! Each month at the library\, students in grades K–12 are invited to take on a brand-new LEGO challenge. Whether you’re a seasoned builder or just starting out\, this program is all about imagination\, hands-on fun\, and a little friendly competition. This month’s theme is Heroes! During the session\, participants will have time to build their creations based on the theme. Once complete\, builds will be displayed in the library for the community to admire and vote on throughout the month. The builder with the most votes will win a fun prize! Registration is required\, and all materials will be provided—just bring your best ideas and your enthusiasm. This campaign was created and will be run by long time player and game master\, Chris Jones. Be prepared for a treasure chest full of laughs\, as our heroes are recruited by the secretive Order of Arcane Findings (O.A.F.) The purpose of the order is to locate and obtain items that have magical powers and keep them out of the hands that have no business possessing them. Can the party find these items and return them for safe keeping? Maybe more importantly\, can the party not blow themselves up in the process? Only you can tell the story! For tweens ages 9-12 only.
