Homebound Eligibility

In order for a homebound patron to meet the requirements for eligibility, the patron must:

• Be unable, due to chronic sickness and or disability, to get to the library.
• Have no other way to receive library services (such as delivery through family members or friends).
• Be confined to their homes temporarily because of illness, physical or other disability.
• Live in a nursing home or independent senior living facility and is unable to drive to the library.
